  • I want to work for Shutterfly, how do I apply?

    Our open positions can be found on our career site and you may search for jobs by keyword, category and location. If you would like to see all of our jobs, visit the "All Jobs" tab on our career site. You must apply for a specific job in order to submit an application. If you apply to multiple jobs, you will be considered for each one separately and may receive multiple notifications regarding each separate application.

  • I don't see a position that interests me right now. How do I stay informed on career opportunities at Shutterfly?

  • How do I know Shutterfly has received my application?

    As soon as you apply for a position at Shutterfly, you will receive an automated e-mail response confirming receipt of your application. You can view your application status at any time in your candidate portal.

  • I applied to a job on Shutterfly's career site, now what?

    Thank you for your application! If you meet the requirements for the job, you will be contacted directly by a member of the Shutterfly Talent Acquisition Team or Hiring Team for an interview. You can view the status of your application at any time in your candidate portal.

  • What is Shutterfly's Interview Process?

    A Shutterfly Recruiter or member of the hiring team will review all applicants and respond via email, phone, or text to set up an initial phone interview or on-demand video screening if we'd like to learn more about you. If the initial screening goes well, we will schedule a time for you to meet with the hiring team either in person or virtually. Upon completion of the interview process, your Recruiter or a member of the hiring team will inform you of the final decision.

  • I've been selected for an interview. How do I prepare for an Phone, Video or Onsite Interview with Shutterfly?

    Congratulations on being selected for an interview!

    Shutterfly relies heavily on behavioral interview questions which are based on competencies that align with the specific role and our values. You will be expected to elaborate on specific examples of how you have previously handled similar situations in your career. We recommend that you carefully review the job description and prepare to discuss examples in your past experience that will demonstrate your ability to perform the job.

  • Does Shutterfly sponsor H1B and other work visas to work in the U.S.

    Shutterfly has a limited number of opportunities that are open to H1-B and other work visa options. Please review specific questions about your visa requirements with your Recruiter.

  • I've received suspicious communications and/or a job offer from someone I've never talked to. What should I do?

    We have been made aware of fraudulent activity on resume job boards not associated with Shutterfly where individuals are impersonating Recruiters from Shutterfly & Lifetouch in order to get personal information. Please know that Shutterfly and our brands will never ask for non job-related personal information (such as banking information, social security numbers, etc.) as part of our interview process.   • I'm with a Recruiting Agency - how do I submit a candidate?

    All recruiting agencies must work directly with the Talent Acquisition team and have a current contract in place with Shutterfly. Please do not engage directly with our hiring managers. If you are not assigned to an active requisition in Jobvite or do not have an current contract in place, any resume we receive will be considered pro bono and Shutterfly will not be responsible for any placement fees if the candidate is hired for any role.
