The mission of Shutterfly's Women in Leadership ShuttERGroup is to create an inclusive and safe community through connection, mentorship, allyship, collaboration, and discussion that empowers women to learn, network, increase their visibility, and build leadership skills.

“I originally joined when it first started up in 2019. It was a great place to meet with like minded women looking to talk about work/personal life balance, career advancement, how to raise up other women and much more! My favorite part about being in this group is that we have so many amazing and diverse women. The talent, skills and background diversity are endless. It is a great way to network with additional leaders & women in the company you wouldn’t normally communicate with in your immediate circle. These women are inspirational and great to talk with.”

“ I joined Shuttercolors because the majority of the people that look like me are in entry level positions and there are many days when I am the only person of color in most of my meetings. My goal is to provide a platform and career path so the next generation of leaders in this organization will be more diverse.

This ERG is dedicated to promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion by providing resources and support for Veteran employees, military families, and active service members. The Veterans ERG also strives to educate others on how hiring Veterans helps yield company results and to support the recruitment of candidates with military experience.

“I joined VALOR to build my contacts and find people that understood me. It’s important to have that connection at work so it’s not a meaningless job. You feel a part of the bigger picture and family. It makes you feel heard. I enjoy helping others and learning new things. “I joined this Employee Resource Group because Mental Health is one of the most important factors in modern day life. Not only is it important in your overall life, it is also extremely important in the workplace. When we show up for work, everyone should feel as though they are supported and should be able to find the joy and happiness in what they are contributing to the overall mission. This ERG offers a place for people to find tips, tricks, benefits and approaches to better their mental health and find ways to apply that to their life and career. “
